Located in the village of Mesa Gonia on the iconic island of Santorini, this vacation houses complex offers a unique design that blends contemporary architecture with local architecture. The development includes twelve residences set along a sloping plot, providing stunning views of the blue Aegean Sea. The project respects Santorini’s natural landscape, incorporating the island’s architectural heritage while introducing a modern touch.

The design of this vacation houses complex respects Santorini’s rich cultural heritage and built environment. The layout of the homes reflects the island’s characteristic whitewashed volumes and simple geometric forms. The houses are arranged to follow the natural slope of the land, enhancing views of the Aegean Sea. Each home is carefully positioned to create a sense of openness and connection to the landscape, while maintaining privacy and a harmonious relationship between the buildings.

Drawing inspiration from Santorini’s traditional building methods, the project incorporates soft white plastered surfaces. These surfaces create a clean, minimalist aesthetic, blending modern design with the island’s timeless architectural style.
