The residential complex comprises two independent residences, each developed over three levels. Design approach

The complex features two luxury residences, each with its own private entrance, garden, and swimming pool. The design concept prioritizes absolute autonomy and privacy for the residents. Each home consists of two distinct volumes: dark-toned ground-floor structures form the base, with white upper-floor volumes that appear to slide gently, creating a dynamic architectural gesture. This design choice adds a unique character to the buildings’ form. The overhanging sections house expansive, linear balconies. Modern architectural lines emphasize clean forms, large openings, and premium materials. Natural materials like wood in combination with contemporary elements such as glass and metal, establish a harmonious dialogue of textures and colors that reinforce the project’s sleek, modern aesthetic.

Interior layout

Each residence spans three levels, designed to meet the needs of its inhabitants. The ground floor includes open-plan living areas, such as the living room, dining area, and kitchen, with large windows offering uninterrupted views of the garden and pool. The first floor is dedicated to the bedrooms, designed with comfort and privacy in mind. Large windows allow natural light to flood the interiors, while high-end material choices enhance the sense of luxury. The lower basement level includes auxiliary uses and parking.
