Designed as a response to the steep terrain and panoramic views of Athens, the home with the refined aesthetics and sustainable design, unfolds in a series of layered volumes.

This architectural study is grounded in the belief that a residence should offer a unique, personalized design. A strong identity and sense of belonging to its place. Here, that architectural approach emerges through bold forms, quiet materiality, and a deep respect for context.

The project features a bold interplay of horizontally transposed volumes, carefully sculpted to frame the horizon towards Kifissia and invite the lush surrounding plantation into the living experience.

Residence design that frames views and embraces nature

From the outside, the residence design presents a composition of horizontally transposed volumes that mirror the contours of the slope. These characteristic sculpted forms are not only visually striking—they allow for controlled openness, privacy, and a direct connection to the outdoors. Moreover, they act as features that give to the residence its unique identity.

By embedding the house within its terrain, the architectural office KORDAS Architects, achieved a balance between iconic design and subtle integration. Extensive terraces, framed openings, and balconies offer residents an extensive outdoor experience, bringing the landscape into daily life.
